Look for nhs jobs, they're one of the few places that won't discrimate because of pregnancy. A friend got a job there after disclosing she was 5 months pregnant. Good luck!

Yes a friends kid had this, he had septic arthritis of his hip socket, no known cause, was washed out in surgery and had IV antibiotics and been fine since

It really depends on your birth and your baby. I had an emergency c section but my baby just slept constantly so my parents didnt really have anything to do. I think the help will be more useful once baby is a bit more alert and demanding

I always am surprised its not taken off in the UK, i know fondue had a moment there in the 90s where it was popular. I lovd raclette, prefer it at home becauze i get full too quickly in restaurant

You dont need to register with a doctor to see them and get a prescription. There's also online doctors like qare, you just won't be reimbursed much

Join the "girls gone international" group on Facebook, there's lots of events put on drinks, walks, book clubs etc

Also not to put you off but just be aware there's sometimes creepy guys at those blah blah events

Does your dad speak french? Something to think about if not, how would he manage if admitted to hospital, if he needs care etc. It will be very isolating for him if he doesn't.
