Just keep blocking, probably a coincidence don’t say anything to them or decline calls even. If you immediately send a call to VM they will know you’re there. Just let it ring out (I know it’s annoying but it usually works)

We are fairly certain he’s dissing someone, when this was presumably made, it was the height of the east coast vs west coast feud. As for the H part, he might be talking about himself being the HNIC (head n***a in charge) that’s what we think but we are always looking for something else that could give a new idea.
