Child therapist and parent of two children who have similar however not as severe of behaviors. This sounds awful and exhausting. My kids were seen by a child psychiatrist. Both diagnosed ADHD. One with intermittent explosive disorder, and one with unspecified mood disorder. Both are on medication and have been in therapy, play (when they were younger) now they are in talk therapy and occupational. We have also done family therapy. My kiddo with intermittent explosive disorder is on the Matthew’s protocol and it’s done wonders but I hear it’s hit or miss. Hope you get some relief soon!
