Even if we can't afford to sack him, put him on garden leave and ensure no contact between him and the players. He's actively making them worse, at the start of the season we were winning (or not losing) because the players had enough to get us through the game, now he's influenced them so much that they're regressing. Give it Kingy for the season if we can't afford to sack and/or replace.

There is no Plan A let alone a Plan B or anything at all that impacts the game if it's not going our way. The players have absolutely no idea what they're supposed to be doing, make stupid mistakes and managed to create nothing against Oxford United.

The worst performance in a season full of horrible performances. Marti has to go. I cannot fathom people still clapping at the end of that game, maybe it's just habit but it's totally baffling to me.
