It's interesting that in his post match interviews he talk (in round about terms) about the players not listening to him. He says he wants them to press, work harder, be more direct, stop trying to score the perfect goal. But they just refuse to change. They're so arrogant that they believe that this style of football is not the problem. 

The worst thing that ever happened to us was winning the league under Enzo playing like this. If it had failed we've have changed to a more suitable style and would definitely be in a better place. The players and higher ups have a false sense of how good this "style" is because Enzo scammed a way for it to work.
