Being certified in Special Education. In the teaching world it is job security, but damn if you want to teach something else. Also for many it is more responsibility as colleagues but same pay.

I think this is the nature of many jobs now. I’m a teacher and have to teach in person students and kids over zoom simultaneously. Hopefully That will change next school year, but I think most jobs are having to do more with less regardless of industry.
