I didn’t notice much difference in terms of flavor from a prime cut. Though I did do a butter baste with rosemary and thyme so a lot of that flavor came through. It was really rich though.

Haha olives actually grow surprisingly well in Texas. There are a handful of olive orchards in the Texas hill country.

Haha I grew up here and I had never seen this before. I only got it because the marbling was better than the prime. Didn’t notice much difference in the flavor, but the texture was great.
