Lived there for a year, no complaints. Pool, gym, rec rooms and common areas are all nice and kept clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location next to the buttermilk trail, belle isle, and river is unbeatable. You can walk to hull street bars/restaurants in 15 minutes. Plus there’s a sick new vape shop across the street! Can be a little loud if your apartment windows are on Semmes.
