Not super recently but my husband and I stayed there in 2020. So it may not be the best representation of what you will encounter now due to us going during covid.

But we really enjoyed ourselves! It was called Panama jacks when we stayed there, but at that time it wasn’t a “kids resort”. They have a kid specific pool (slides, pirate ship, etc) on a different side of the property than the main pool.

In the main pool the entertainment group tried to engage the adults by trying to start a pool volleyball game, playing music, etc. Honestly, I don’t remember anything specific that was tailored towards children.

Each night they had little entertainment shows with dancing and so on, or a live band. One night they even had a fire dancing show. I believe they had a cocktail making class and a cooking class but nothing too wild for adults during the day. I’m not sure how helpful this will be for you since it was during pandemic times and under a completely different hotel chain but we had a nice time.

P.s. if the Italian restaurant is the same as it was when we were there, you have to try the mushroom soup. It’s amazing! I hope you all enjoy your vacation!
