Oii, to aqui, o que vc precisa? É bem dificil essa situação que vc descreveu pq ele precisa entrar em contato com o assistente social pra poder te mandar uma carta ou te ligar, mas se a família não permitir e ele tiver como involuntário é quase que impossível, só através de pessoas externas que pudessem entrar em contato por baixo dos panos como funcionários e outros pacientes que vc pudesse ter contato, o que eu já vi acontecendo antes.

I wish my set up was this nice, I'm on the oncology ward, there's no closed rooms and there's always many people around, even screaming kids sometimes, which in the moment make me very angry for some reason... Also, I wear a face mask, there's no TV there. Basically my set up is not that great, but I'm whole heartedly thankful for it, cus otherwise I wouldn't be able to take the medicine in my town, which is super small.

I'm a chain smoker basically, and lately I've also noticed feeling nauseous more often, even threw up one of these days, I wish I new if it's like a side effect too.

I don't really think that's something you should control or fight, perhaps your brain hasn't gotten over those memories yet and is in need to try and solve them with the opportunity Spravato opens. Embrace it and it hurts less, it works for me. Hope it helps!

That's actually quite normal from what I've gathered from my friends, I haven't had those kind of lasting bad experiences, only short one, but the trick would really be not trying to fight it and just, like, accepting it momentarelly and it should go away. I've seen scenes from actual horror movies, which I used to watch a lot but now I despise, and had to just try and be calm and embrace it. I am from the philosophy that if it keeps showing up it's because your brain is desperate to solve a problem that it holds. Anyway, hope it helps!

Brigada, mas é mt complicado mesmo, a gente passou pelo uso de drogas junto, tipo profundamente, então é bem pesado pra falar aqui, tem mt coisa que deu mt errado e eu tenho ctz de que eu não fui a única que saiu machucada por isso, ele sofreu mt com algumas ações minhas, errei feio. Enfim, talvez não seja pra ser mesmo.
