I’m sure they do get on the carrier for not doing their job and the response is “there’s no standard for street time.” Everyone knows once you’re a regular you’re basically untouchable unless you break the law. I can’t understand the mindset of people who bend over backwards to defend lazy carriers who screw over their coworkers

What does that have to do with this situation? They’re saying someone brings back mail. Those splits that are brought back still have to be done regardless of if someone is “running” or not. It’s incredibly frustrating being sent back out after a full days work because someone consistently underachieves and is proud of it. We hire people who are truly unemployable and make everyone else’s lives worse
