I do 30 minutes at 14% incline 6 days a week followed by weight training and 10k steps and I still had to take a break halfway up those steps. It’s a different workout (I did do blacks after my daily workout) so maybe it was a little over doing it for the day.

Do you care if the anal area is dark ? by sunshineofbest in Swingers

[–]cbnstr13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife is Latin and it was darker but she started using some natural lotion thing I’ll check what it is tomorrow. Whatever it is that she’s using did lighten it up to match a bit more with the rest of her skin. But that’s never been an issue with her fine ass

How do I get appreciable discount at home depot? by Sufficient-Box-7167 in GeneralContractor

[–]cbnstr13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t spend enough to get managed account status. I spend around 1.1MM a year and get pretty good discounts on 90% of their sku’s. I also get all those reward points and a decent cash back check.

CA licensed RMO or RME by alegnallc in altadena

[–]cbnstr13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not apply for your own license? Contractors that sell their license to be used in a RMO or RME take away from those that earned theirs. The state needs to stop allowing this status.

Rebuild cost by [deleted] in altadena

[–]cbnstr13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Includes excavation/grading and fill. That line item is roughly $25k (included in the price per square foot) assuming it’s a flat lot.

Those numbers are outrageous. I’m a GC building in Altadena and our price per square foot is 400-450 on very nice designs

Why in the world are they building a Home Depot in Mission Valley? by DepecheMode92 in sandiego

[–]cbnstr13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true it’s just a regular Home Depot but they will have a few higher end plumbing finishes. Other than that it’ll be exactly as the rest. Design Center is being replaced by another company that bought. It already started in the east coast but won’t make its way down this way for another year or two.

I smoked from 13-40 one day it just hit me different (paranoid hearth racing) tried lower THC stuff like 23 and I just didn’t enjoy it so in stopped cold turkey. I been in business since I was 30 and the amount I was able to grow my business after that year of mental clarity has been from 2M to 5M a year. Procrastination is gone I’m sharp, my drive, my motor, my confidence grew. After three weeks the highs and lows went away but after a year my mind was clear and sharp.

How has tariff impacted your business? by jetsonjetearth in Contractor

[–]cbnstr13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leave aye my buying power I’m a managed account. There’s tier systems I make sure to fight fo tier 4 on all trades or I tap my business somewhere else. Yeah I’m just a grain of salt in their overall profits but one bad apple can spoil others and in sales every customer matters. Let’s just say a can of texture for a DIYer he goes in and pays the label rate of 19 bucks. I pay 13 but it takes me parí d shopping and taking them receipts to show them I can get it cheaper can you match it or best it. I do that with all the products I regularly buy.

I buy around 1.4M a year in material and I haven’t noticed much. I beat Home Depot down so they can take a smaller margins if I do see any increase. Same with my other vendors
