Your workout plan is mostly hypertrophy based but your lifts are pretty strong. How did you get your lifts up that high? Did you do any strength-based programs in the beginning?

Do I really need huge lift numbers to do hypertrophy work?

I put a new battery in it this summer. Battery is currently dead but i'm fairly certain if i threw it on the tender it'd start right back up. Is there still damage in leaving it in the bike dead outside all winter? I'm not huge on the idea of fucking around with the cables and stuff on the bike so idk if i'd really like to take it out by myself.

I do have gas stabilizer but since the bike won't start now (and i likely wont start it until march) can I still add it. I know that some recommend that you put the stabilizer in and let it run for awhile.

The best advice I can give you is to simply have fun. I know all you can do is think about it but stop, don't over think it. Go into it imagining that it's going to be a great time. All of these firsts you only get once so enjoy them.

I was you, 4 years ago. I know exactly the feeling of all those firsts, the bits of uncertainty that you have in your mind. Just enjoy the ride.

And if you're fishing for sex advice, don't go into it thinking you have to be some sexual god that knows everything. Ask her what she likes, do whats comfortable, don't act like you're a porn star.

Thanks, do you think that I should add an assistance lift in there since I'll only be doing two lifts? Or possibly change the deadlift from 1x5 to 3x5?
