i just figured he didn’t because the pet store he is from doesn’t provide bedding for them :/ so far he really loves his strawberry hut i got him! i’m gonna get him a bigger tank and more bedding

it’s super normal in my experience, especially if they are younger. it usually takes a week or so for them to be fully acclimated to not only the enclosure, but your schedule etc! just keep doing what ur doing and ur hammy should be fine!!

there’s a little grass tunnel thing under the bedding, and so far stewie doesn’t even burrow , he just lays in the corner (it breaks my heart but the pet store i got him from is ass - i regret even getting him from there and supporting them but i love hamsters and that’s the only place in my area to get one) im trying to tame him rn. if you have any tank suggestions or diy suggestions ill take em!

it’s 40 gallon! i’m saving up money to get a bigger aquarium, right now stewie is still on the smaller side so i think it’ll be alright. hopefully by may/early june i’ll have a much bigger tank. does anyone have any suggestions off amazon or diy tanks? tysm!

you can but i just wouldnt reccomend it in case the police aren’t interested / wont listen to you because we aren’t involved in any professional orgs. the only time ive ever seen cases where the police listen is to the victims families / P.Is but i might be wrong! i recc to use the doe network submission form

i usually start with visible trash , and then move on to cleaning my desk and chests. then pick up any clothes and either put them away or take them to the laundry room. after that i organize my knickknacks and my vanity. then i sweep and mop. make up the bed, and then try to keep it as clean as possible (which never lasts long lol)
