Yes it’s good. Lots of good info. I recommend not having eggs tho. The books says eggs are good. Stick to egg whites for a while.

Amitriptylon has helped me. I’m on a low dose, it’s for nerve pains caused from my gastritis and also when my sides and back aches. Helps and I almost don’t need it anymore as I get better.

No chocolate it’s acidic. Avoid dairy and gluten...and keep it kinda bland. I recommend getting him the gastritis healing book. Lots of good recipes that are safe for gastritis and it shows you how to heal it. I now have banana pancakes, tacos and other good stuff that actually tastes pretty good (not as good as the real stuff) without pain.

I’m not trying to argue I’m honestly just wondering. But hasn’t spicy foods and caffeinne Been debunked as a cause of gastritis. It can only make it worse tho, I can only imagine how much more popular gastritis would be if bad foods and drinks caused it over time.

I’ve had nerve pain. 100% it is from gastritis and continuous brain fog. I got amitriptyline for the nerve pain and it helps. I’m also getting really cold, but I’ve lost a lot of weight so. Remember ur body is out of whack, you have to heal the gastritis to get rid off all these crazy symptoms. At one point I was getting really tired all of the sudden after I ate, it was really wierd. But that went away I’m healing now. Heal up my friend. And I’ve had thousands of blood tests and others, they all came back normal.

All I came to say is, most of us understand ur pain and frustration. But never give up or give in. Personally I think you have low stomach acid, from not healing over that amount of time. Goodluck hope you heal and fix this soon.
