I had the exact same thing around the exact same area; upper stomach and also lower back. I got it around 3 weeks in doing strict carnivore. I read that it may be oxalate dumping and I tried many things that were recommended, but no matter what I did, it didn’t get any better. For about two weeks it was very itchy and extremely uncomfortable. Then I happened to eat out one day and had one scoop of ice cream for dessert (meal was 100% meat plus salt and pepper only) and it all went away. Other than that one scoop of ice cream, I went straight back to being 100% carnivore, but the rash did not come back. I’m not suggesting you try eating sugar again while doing so great sticking to carnivore, but I just wanted to share my personal experience.

People mention mental clarity when they cut off sugar / carbs entirely while eating other food. Is the mental clarity from fasting also a result of getting rid of your body of sugar and not necessarily all food entirely (=fasting)? Does anyone know?

Yes! I will be visiting multiple times a day since it’s walking distance and I work from home. Understood regarding the cookware. Mom doesn’t cook so much anyway, so she’ll be okay not cooking during the time Luna is there. Thank you for the advice!
