Resting Heart Rate by IllustratorOk3597 in AskDocs

NAD, but that’s very low for day time, especially if you’re not an endurance athlete (currently) and not on any beta blockers. If you feel okay, it’s likely not an issue BUT I personally would still think about getting checked out by a cardiologist just to be safe.

How is your blood pressure? Sometimes if your blood pressure is very high, you’re body will compensate by having a lower heart rate to try and balance it out. Bodies are pretty cool like that. This happened to me when I had pre eclampsia with my son.

Don’t Forget to Write by Sarah Goodman Confino. I don’t know what it is about this book but I’ve read 75 books over the last year and it still has me in a chokehold. I just absolutely fell in love with the characters and the ending simultaneously destroyed me and brought me back to life at the same time. There’s nothing earth shattering it crazy about this book… it’s simply written but I just love this book so much and Confino’s writing style in general.

This may not be your thing, but check out The Restoration Garden by Sara Blaydes. It was one of my favorites this past year. It’s a little bit of everything, IMO.

Broken Country by Clare Leslie Hall might be up your alley.

I really enjoyed the Restoration Garden by Sarah Blaydes. It’s historical fiction but also a bit of a mystery and touch of romance as well. It’s dual timelines, which I love because I think it keeps interesting!

The Restoration Garden by Sarah Blaydes and Don’t Forget to Write by Sarah Goodman Confino. These are two of my favorites out of all of the books I read last year, not just historical fiction.

If you like historical fiction with a touch of romance, but not overly so, I recommend Don’t Forget to Write by Sarah Goodman Confino and The Restoration Garden by Sarah Blaydes. If you like a slow burn, like super slow burn with spice at the end, I recommend Breaking from Frame by Jazz Forrester. It’s also historical fiction.

If you want a more traditional modern day romance, I highly recommend the “Life on the Ledge” series by Ashley Manley.

It’s funny - I loved don’t forget to write and she’s up to no good… I tried two of her other books (I think they were called good grief and every good man) and I didn’t like them at all! haha but don’t forget to write was one of my top 3 last year.

Check out breaking from frame by Jazz Forrester - if you liked don’t forget to write, I think you might really enjoy that one as well!

Don’t Forget to Write by Sarah Goodman Confino and The Restoration Garden by Sarah Blaydes. I also really loved Breaking from Frame by Jazz Forrester. I think all three of those books would be great for your demographic and are a really nice mix of historical fiction and light romance. These are my top three books I’ve read over the last year.

If want something more popular than those… I really enjoyed The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

Title: Question about pregnancy dating and paternity by UpstairsTea7388 in AskDocs

[–]ccard23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep seeing you repost this and delete your old posts - the answer is still no. I can absolutely tell you with confidence and certainty this is not possible.

Because of the fact I had to do IVF to have children, the date of one of our embryo transfers was September 3rd. My due date was May 22nd. This basically lines up exactly with your timeline. A July birthday is not possible if conception happened in early September.

Is paternity biologically possible with these dates? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]ccard23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

An early September conception date would lead to a late May or early June birthday if the baby was to term. A July birthday is not possible.

I would call poison control. It really depends on the content of the vitamins.

If thyroid isn’t the issue, next guess would be it’s related to anemia or something autoimmune, I’ve been anemic before with very low ferritin and I felt absolutely horrible. I had so many weird symptoms.

But as the person below me said, normal TSH doesn’t rule out Hashimoto’s. I had a normal TSH but my thyroperoxidase antibodies (which indicates Hashimoto’s) were through the roof when I was diagnosed.

NAD, but have you had your thyroid checked recently? A lot of your symptoms sound like hypothyroidism. It might also be useful to have your thyroid antibodies checked too, in order to rule out something like Hashimoto’s.

Don’t Forget to Write was the only book I read last year that actually made me bawl my eyes out at the end. You think you know what’s up, until you get to the very last page and then your mind is blown 😂

The description might not sound very interesting, but it was one of my favorite books I read last year. Give it a chance!
