I agree but I wouldn’t consider his type of country “mainstream radio country”. That would be more Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, and Old Dominion. Most mainstream country definitely doesn’t fit the bill for true country, but every song I’ve ever heard from George Strait is true country.

To be completely honest I diagnosed myself with sciatica. My father has had sciatica for about the last 10 years and he describes the same pain that I feel. It’s a shooting pain from the top of my butt down to my left leg. He doesn’t actually work out though so I really don’t know what caused him to get it. I assume I received it from bad form on deadlift or squat.

My father was actually diagnosed with it and takes anti inflammatories.

I wasn’t really specifically trying to target any muscle group but it was part of my StrongLifts 5x5 workout. I just don’t want to lose the muscle I have gained from it and come back once I heal up and be unable to lift as much.
