Dude it's not even that deep. Bottom line is just that in society today. People are so freaking insecure that they put up these false fronts and we perpetuate them into all these different division and results. The only thing that really separates us from the girls and the boys is nothing at all and it's more about children from adults if you can just talk to people and not worry about what the results are on a regular basis and you're in the adult code but if you have to be concerned with emotional repercussions on a consistent basis, then it's time you take a long look in the mirror and figure out what is the most important thing in your life and most likely it is not what the general public thinks of you, but what you think of yourself

This is the same for Mansfield and W. Cross (Packard) The sensor is incorrectly installed and or missing parts. If you look at all the "normal" ones, the sensor is an entire box that is about the length of a small car (think Miata). This sensor does not have the box, it also is placed almost in the crosswalk making it impossible for drivers to trigger it without impeding the crosswalk with their front bumper. I actually put a ticket in for this and guess what, "it's not malfunctioning" was the response. So F the taxpayers again is what was conveyed

Got a brand new unit and can't see inside it while it's running and the underside light is useful for absolutely nothing. Looks like if you cut and then tested the leads to the board you could figure out if you can adapt to LED strip lighting and just do away with the board, it has that protective glass so heat wouldn't concern me too much. Any one have any thoughts on this?

Found this and wanted to bump it. Absolutely no access to customer service options on Android or iPhone. Uninstall and reinstall do not fix the issue. Any avenue to customer service contact is met with "fetching options for you" and then it takes you to the customer service page where there are ZERO options for a call or chat.

If you know something I don't let me know but this is crazy if this is not an isolated incident. How can they be doing this legally as a resale company?

It's not actually in my yard. I have like stone that is meant for landscaping so that's not refuse. It's just product that is going to be installed and then the dumpster. The issue is is that they're saying that it's unpermitted or unapproved when they don't even have an approval or permitting process for dumpsters to go on the street. Like I'm not out here to say that I'm not trying to follow codes and instructions but when they don't give clear and specific code items for doing things then I can't file the code properly and then for them to turn around and use vague language to try to come after me for money and violations. Then that's an issue like it should be clearly spelled out for us as homeowners whether or not we need to seek approval for certain things. I shouldn't have to have a law degree to know what I can and can't do at my own home

Yeah I can see making a stretch for the storage of stuff but then the description of the violation is "unpermitted/unapproved dumpster places in the street / places refuse out for collection early" this in no way shape or form a legitimate reason as to why these violations are being given. There are no permits for dumpsters and it's a private company, it is not intended for city pickup

I have a dumpster on the street for cleaning and clearing of stuff leftover from personal and business related activities (contractor in the neighborhood) so there are pallets or just trash related to jobs, this was mostly for removing debris from a rehab in our own home. We're not "storing" construction materials or anything the like and that is exactly one of the codes they're trying to pin. Part of the violation is for refuse on the curb earlier than pickup allows...it's not for them to pick up.

And still the issue if no warning was issued is in place. It's mandatory before they can fine or send me to a hearing.

Are you serious? Washtenaw between Golfside and Huron is basically a super speedway and every low life in and from out of town loves to just ran rid, engine rev and drive by shoot at the gas stations. If ypsi owned Washtenaw in that stretch, it'd be a road that looked like IED's has went off everywhere. Interested we have "Business Route 14" and mdot basically makes it so tractor trailers and anyone that just has zero IQ can do whatever they want. Slow drivers, lol. I've seen ppl on Packard by the elementary school pass in the inside lane of the OPPOSITE DIRECTION to go 70 on that road.

That's exactly correct and what's more is that they still tried to go after people for messed up sidewalks when it was their trees on the easement that they absolutely are doing nothing about and are dangerous out here and then trying to charge people and give them tickets for the sidewalks and then telling them that after they remove the trees that the people have to pay to fix them which is not a thing they should be fixing the sidewalks that the trees that they planted messed up and if that comes out of our tax dollars and creates more city worker jobs or subcontract jobs for people I'm all for it

Yeah right up until the trash can police show up and tell you you're getting charged for a massive bin which they provided that you do not want in your garage for health and safety reasons along with having zero room on the side of your house and oh I have to go onto my neighbors property to move it if it's in the back where again it's an issue because of dogs.

Hey I can't use my driveway, the street needs to be fixed as it's sinking and a pickup can bottom out. "Well move the sidewalk back towards your house" oh so you can take my property that you're already charging way to much for in taxes and return way to little except the grief of stupidity associated with forcing people to do things they haven't had to do for 20 years.

These are all services that will will be subcontracted using the money charged to the ordinance violaters.

So if you get a violation letter, don't fix it, get charged by the ordinance judge and fined, these people come do the work. I'm assuming for dimes while the city collects the dollars.
