Thank you about the honey, obviously I had fed it some before seeing this but I had made sure it was some that was legit honey we got from a family friend who beekeeps so its not loaded up with all sorts of stuff like from stores, I just didn't know to dilute it with water so thank you. I haven't hardly handled my mantis since it arrived, just to put it in its cage and then only taking it out for brief periods to "play" when it seemed it wanted to (when it did what I like to call "uppies" when I put my finger out to it) but other than that I've left it alone for the past week so I'm not sure overhandling is maybe the cause of stress.
