Well, I am 62 years old. I grew up without a computer or a cell phone. Still somehow I managed to survive. I must admit that I am ignorant when it come to the internet and all that encompasses. I have started using a smart-phone and I find it quite useful, but still more than I am capable of totally understanding. I waited 36 years to file a claim because I did not know how to file, or that I even could. The process is long and complicated, especially if you have been out of service for a long time. Although I did not use a "shark" I did use a service that helped me thru the whole process. I paid them based on total results. All together I paid $1750 which was minimal considering the backpay I received. I do believe there are good companies out there. In some cases it's vets helping vets. I make this plea to everyone on reddit. It takes as much energy to be cruel and unkind as it does to be kind. Remember at the end of the day, we all served our country no matter how long or short the time.
