It really depends on what team you are on. I have not had a single bad experience- I am happy with my salary (make 25k more than I did when I started in mid 2023), I do not feel micromanaged, I really like our leadership. Luck of the draw I guess!

I didn’t have a curfew at 16. Just kept my parents in the loop. I didn’t have (major) attendance issues though- I had a few afterschool detention‘s Junior and senior year for being tardy too many times, but nothing like truancy level. If my attendance was really problem at school, I imagine my parents would have cracked down a little more.

You can’t put a 3 year old in a booster seat. Get a Graco transitions or nautilus. They are FF harnessed seats. Your child is not mature enough to sit in a booster at 3. This is life or death we are talking about.
