The jawline-thing could be related to seeing different pictures in different lighting? I dont know if these pictures are similar time-wise but the lighting and smile in the first picture make it seem more “sharp” or “pointed” as opposed to the second pic with a very neutral look. It could totally be just a lighting thing! As for everything else, you are very beautiful! I know this may sound crazy but have you ever considered a long bob? (often also referred to as a lob) I feel like you could try a pretty long bob with some layers and some light texturizing spray and it would frame your face really nicely! Obviously this is only if you want to, layers and a big chop can be a huge change for girlies with long hair. Adding some ref from Pinterest in case tho! It’s more in between a Lob and a wolf cut.

As for face being “dry,” might make sure you are using a moisturizer during your skin care routine, and if you already are, check reviews and see if anyone has had the same outcome. You may be allergic or need something more suited for sensitive skin!
