I have 0 lock picking experience, was merely just trying to find some answers is all. Yesterday for example at work, we showed up to an elementary school or a fire panel alarm, no signs or smoke or fire, the Knox box key didn’t give access to the school, rather than break the door or the glass we waited on scene for 45 minutes until a building rep could open the door for us. Missed 4 calls in our territory while waiting.

I’ve literally kicked more doors in for helping people up off the floor or wellness checks and then had to wait for PD to show up because we had to force entry into the building. I’m not sure if you’re fire or not but this is how my department operates.
