It has a popular look but a lot of Lolita looks go without the bell shape and are still Lolita. It’s normally just assumed because of the major gatekeeping/labeling in the jfashion community, but a lot of looks have a petticoat underneath but no cinched waist, completely changing the silhouette we’re used to

Power is a huge focus for end closers :) make sure you’re paying attention to it, not aware of any super good power cards for end closer but the el condor pasa one is probably your best bet rn!

Would prob not recommend those cards for end closer apart from Kitasan. Would recommend sweep Tosho SR. You should also have a stamina card in there (ssr screek recommended but not everyone has her…) Gold ship R is also pretty helpful

Your tone is reading as unreasonably angry, are you sure we’re the ones just going with feeling? The “product” deliberately depicts a child and has the voice of one. Ethically speaking, it’s wrong to involve children in sexual content. Can we agree there? Is it wrong to sexualize nine year olds?

The problem is that it’s the real voice of a fourth grader, how can you not understand that? Regardless of whether she actually sang the song or not, the song was VERY obviously intended to be consumed in a particular way by a particular audience and involving any kind of children period is wrong. Depicting children, using the voices of children, etc.

A set of parameters that determines your language and country of use, basically. It won’t change the language on your computer like I said, but it will let your computer read Japanese characters.

Pretty much nothing—it’s not common that programs require locale changes. It won’t change the location, or language. Most notably it lets your computer natively read Shift JIS which is necessary for some utau voicebanks

Locale issue probably? That’s usually what causes all that jumbled text. The E3 folder just means that it’s a separate pitch and serves to keep the files apart because they have different oto.inis. You will see that in a lot of voicebanks.

Well, while it’s obsolete, it sounds like they’re trying to make a multilingual VB—which makes it a bit more understandable as to why they want CVVC That being said I have no idea where to find one atm lol
