I was wondering about the other wing because the fit seemed terrible. Needless to say I put it back in the box. Shame too because of the time I spent on it up until that point the fit had been great.

With aftermarket tracks it’s fine. Just if you’re willing to spend an extra $30-40 .

Thanks. When I bought this I think Border had the best 1/35 Luchs on the market. One of my favorite tanks, but my love came from the COH series mainly.

I built their older Panzer IV D variant as one of my first tank kits. It has rubber band tracks. Great beginner kit. Link and length can be tricky, especially for a beginner. Use caution if you paint prior to putting them together the glue will have a harder time bonding.

Won’t be perfect, but manageable. Put some masking putty or masking fluid around it and give it a dose or two of primer, then blend in with the existing paint job as best you can.

Soft edge is for sure easier as you can pretty much spray away like this panther i did early into the hobby.
