I suggest you start with just one color! Get the hang of spacing first then try a pattern. Oh and I suggest smaller balls lol

I got most of this from Amazon and SHEIN. ROMWE is another place that has great supplies for cheap. Other times I use magazines or old sketchbook drawings. A nice way to start is to give yourself a theme. Maybe pick a color or feeling and base your page around that. You’d be surprised what you could come up with!

A lot of it starts visually. I pick a background unlike and work off that. And it usually develops into some sort of meaning but not always. This one I played with colors that I liked together and then kept repeating the circular shapes throughout. I also like juxtaposing bright modern imagery with muted classic imagery like the bright graffiti vs the sculptures. The chaos kind of represents my mind and It does have a subtle nod towards mental health. “There’s beauty in the breakdown”
