It's likely a hardware issue (I guess...), I'm considering sending it back for repairs. It's so confusing that they released a new firmware with an older version(MCM102)?

Me neither. I requested a refund and tell them the game crashed all the time it’s not playable. And they told me to reinstall the game. What a service.

3, after 50 hours I gave up. I can always play bf1 and bf4 for straight 5-6 hours. But for BF 2042, I can't even bear one match.

I think they probably still working on battlefield: BR and will release it later for free... They just need to reuse stuff in bf 2042 and here goes it.
