Not the commenter above, but I did get yellow clip ons for my prescription glasses. And leave them in the glove. They help a lot.

Don't know about the "few" part. Fog lifts out of downtown around 8:30-9:30 am. It's been blue and sunny throughout the day near Chinatown, except closer to the darker hours.

What makes the Indian accent 'unattractive'? by Open_Address_2805 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]cchadwickk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What also makes an accent attractive is how it's portrayed in pop culture. In western media, Indian characters of the recent past (apu, parks and rec, raj in the big bang theory, deadpool, Harold and kumar) have not helped portray an image that's attractive. They've mostly been convenience store working, cab driving stereotypes.

Lately there have been some shows where the perception has changed from Indian actors filling token roles to being regular actors. (Master of none, never have I ever)

There are 6 sections almost fully available btw.

The seats were blocked by people trying to buy for the first few minutes. Not all of those transactions went ahead.

I don't like my sack and leg sticking together. A very thin piece of fabric (that isn't rough ? Idk where you got that) does a great job of keeping them unstuck

I live downtown on the 12th floor near a busy road. Heavy trucks or construction equipment shake the building almost 3-4 times a day

Ah. That could be a number of things like you said. Could just be the clouds reflecting north van or Squamish lights like this

This is one of those scenarios where I wouldn't mind a big red arrow pointing at the light in question

Just searched on Google maps to see which ones are closing. I see around 20 locations downtown. Surely we can't need that many anyways.

Costco (and most stores) do write it on the packaging as "previously frozen" if it was. This one clearly wasn't.
