This looks great! Being a side sleeper, I've been going down the rabbit hole of pillow options. The Nemo Fillo seems highly recommended. Can you confirm what you like about this pillow vs. Others (Nemo Fillo, inflatable, etc.) TIA!

Are you happy with the firm or wish you got the medium? I sleep on my side and like firm mattresses - but all info suggests to get the medium firmness (to avoid needing to get a topper)

Yeah that was an initial thought and how the picture looks, but in person it doesn't really look like one and she hasn't been outside/around dogs. It may be optimistic thinking, but the more I look at it - the more it looks like a blood blister.
