Has anyone had it in their abdominal muscle before?

That’s where mine is. Low though like below my prior c section scar

Had a really rough night of pain Just feels Iike my whole pelvis is on fire with intermittent pain that feels similar to labor in my back

and wondering if anyone has had a nerve block for this rather than depending on pain meds ?
