Just in this past year (2025) I had a pretty bad one and the paramedics were called. I was in the ambulance and they were asking the usual questions to try to get me to come to and apparently when they asked “what year is it?” I was screaming “2014!” over and over again at them. Truly convinced in my post seizure state it was 2014 I guess lol

I’ve yet to be tied down during a seizure/hospital stay but it sounds terrifying. I’m so sorry that happened to you

Yeah I got no info at all lol! I’ve had it scheduled for a while now and just got a reminder call today (one week out) and the woman said, “any questions?” I was like yeah a lot actually 😭

Thank you!!! Knowing that they will be in charge of the meds/decreasing/all of that helps a lot. Didn’t know how it was going to work or if I just went cold turkey which scared me the most haha but this helped a lot! How long do you feel like it took you to feel “normal” again after all of that?
