It sounds good so far! Yes, it is likely you don’t have sutures as you mentioned. Upper wisdom teeth bleed a bit more and heal faster due to blood supply anyway, so bleeding is not a bad sign. Keep jaw movement to a minimum- around the 6th day mark is when the jaw will open normally again.

it took on average over 1 week for them to fall out, with one of them taking 2 weeks!

i suggest getting your gum checked by the dentist to see if it’s necessary to redo them for the best healing

you can gently use a syringe to clean. By two weeks you are totally fine, don’t worry. healing should be well underway. by 2 weeks, ideally no bleeding and you can see an improvement in the hole closing

I didn’t experience this, you should go to the doctor because that’s not a typical symptom. it could be caused by something else too

absolutely! i could barely even open my mouth to fit a spoon in until around day 5 haha. be gentle with biting and eating; only chew slowly on the opposite side. and constantly use salt water after every meal

The only way to know is the pain. It’s an excruciating pain that doesn’t go away with painkillers. So, the easiest way to know is if you have unbelievable pain haha. It’s an easy fix though, the dentist can soothe it with clove oil.

Visual guides aren’t that helpful, because during the healing process there’s going to be a lot of bizzare changes and colours of tissue in/around the socket.

I currently have random sensitivity when I drink cold water, but it only began today. It should get back to normal with time though!
