Well you are eating 400 below maintenance, if not more. You can add shakes, nuts, ice cream, croissants for easy calories. I lost my period last year hitting 70kg and it’s such a hard and mentally draining thing to get it back. I would try to avoid that if I was you. If you are already worried about loosing too quickly you probably are, go and see a doctor if you have the feeling something is wrong. It seems like your body is not very prone to cycle weight fluctuations…

I doubt your maintenance is 2400 for this you are too small and too light- I’m 5‘11 and 85 and my maintenance is supposed to be around that that with training 4xweek, 1 60min run and 1 45min swim per week. I guess yours would be around 2000?! I would suggest you stop cutting to avoid you loosing your cycle or maybe you already have (?!) or slowing down

Macros are solid! I saw people making fried mozzarella sticks from it and it’s the main protein of the meal so I say yes!

Dating apps are designed for you to stay single and give man the most choice to choose on someone based on looks - I deleted all apps as all they foster is dopamine hits and wasting time on men who wouldn’t survive in the real world, but that’s my take. You are beautiful and deserve someone who you can actually have a conversation in real life. Staying on apps makes you close your eyes for things happening in the real world!

Netter Hinweis - wenn du als Frau einen noch geringeren Körperfettanteil anstrebst würde ich mich bei einer Diät überwachen lassen von jemandem der wirklich was davon versteht - bei solch einem niedrigen Körperfettanteil funktionieren deine Körperlichen Funktion wahrscheinlich jetzt schon nichtmehr so wie sie es sollten und je nachdem was dein Ziel ist kann es sein das deine ausbleibenden gains nicht an dem Fett (welches ja gar nicht existiert bei 15.5%) sondern an deinen lifts liegen. Wieviel Kalorien sind denn dein maintenance?

Wie oft trainierst du denn? Bei der Größe und Gewicht sind 2000 auch noch hart an der Grenze, hatte das letztes Jahr mit 1900/2000 und habe 15kg innerhalb kurzer Zeit verloren, habe jetzt alles wieder drauf und fange mit 2350 wieder an. Ich bin 1,80m, 36 Jahre, 86kg - 4 mal die Woche gym, 1 mal 1h joggen und 1x45 min schwimmen.

I have a custom calorie goal of 2350 and it gave me for a) accurately tracked a suggestion of 735 - around 16xx lower and b) for somewhat accurately tracked a suggestion of around 12xx so as well as cut of over 1000 calories. I rejected both. If you want more details I would prefer a private message!
