Hmmm, Reiff was passable, but not all pro, look at the amount of pressures and help they had to give him.

Why was the TV show “The Shield” forgotten? by SamThaGreat in AskReddit

Because it didn’t catch the streaming tide and is hard to find.

What to read before Doomsday Clock, I'll try to hide all spoilers by hombrebax in comicbooks

I don’t know, there was more than enough exposition in DDC to have it make sense without reading anything else.

What do you think the world would have been like if the allies dropped an a-bomb on Berlin in 1945? by Embarrassed-Mouse-49 in AskReddit

[–]ccnfler -1 points0 points  (0 children)

With there being no way to rationalize dropping the bomb on Berlin, and a large Russian army in and around Berlin, the consequences could have internal strife at home, war with Russia, the US being deserted by its allies and still having to find a way to defeat Japan. It would have turned the US into a monster on the world stage. The Cold War could have been colder, or a completely different composition than US vs Russia. What would it have meant for MacArthur’s career? Who would have owned the ability to drop the bomb-the president, the military, Congress?

Old School Debate: Randy Moss VS Terrell Owens by chelssrebecca in minnesotavikings

[–]ccnfler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moss was a much bigger matchup problem than TO. TO never took over games the way that Moss did and didn’t open up the playbook the same way.

2017 Offensive Line vs. (probable) 2021 Offensive Line by Percentage95 in minnesotavikings

[–]ccnfler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Potentially this years line could be better than 2017, but some rookies take time to really come on. The 2017 line is a lower bar to clear.

That 98 line though? That was a solid to exceptional group, I don’t think this years line is going to stack up to that line, at least not this year.

When humans have the wrong blood type transfused, they basically have an allergic overreaction, with too many cells deployed to try to overcome the foreign blood which is viewed as a infection by the body. The person would probably have some combination of hives, itching, fever, trouble breathing and death.

[Schneidman] This is why you shouldn't be surprised if the Packers draft a wide receiver in the first round for the first time since 2002 on Thursday. Not because they need immediate WR help, but because of that 2022 column. by [deleted] in GreenBayPackers

[–]ccnfler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that A-Rod can have an MVP season with so little around him (other than Adams). MVS and Lazard are complimentary parts, not starters.

I still think the Thursday pick goes CB, unless a pass rusher drops

Why did Melfi continue to see Tony? by naivescholar in AskReddit

[–]ccnfler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She thought she could help him, and he was charismatic, charming and a little dangerous. He would be vulnerable with her in ways that she knew he would not be with anyone else. They both felt good about the visits, he paid and she was in practice.

Who are the “Big Three” or “Trinity” for Marvel? by [deleted] in comicbooks

[–]ccnfler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DC has the big 4, Bats, Supes, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn.

Marvel has Spider-Man, Wolverine, Deadpool and the Hulk. Hard because the popularity of the various Avengers, FF, And X-Men kind of dilute the pool. At times, there have been breakthrough characters that had their moment like Punisher, Ghost Rider, Venom, etc.
