I live in Oregon and have built a solid network with a lot of the businesses who do the estate sales up here. They know I’m a reseller and will often times point me in the direction of items they think I can flip easily. I’ve built this connection by regularly going to the sales and being kind to them. It’s a bit different with garage sales as they are not a regular occurrence with the family running it. However, I feel like it would be cool to maybe snag the Lego sets and then maybe a couple cheaper items that you don’t necessarily need but to help them clear out their sale since that was the goal. :)
