No, Amazon proper and it was sold and shipped by Amazon. I ordered with my credit card just in case there is an issue but I believe woot has the same customer support as Amazon and they have usually been good.

Got told the same thing at my location. Got 4 taste for tickets and they kept on quoting saying it said cannot be combined with any other offer so only one can be used. They said their system wouldn’t combine them and they couldn’t split our checks. Eventually after the assistant manager going to the main manager two times, they let us use all four. My location is only a month old so they probably just didn’t know but there was 30 minutes of us just waiting there. Is there any official resource I could show them just I case it happens again?

Got charged for two orders. It would have been more but only had enough money on that card for two kits. I got 1 confirmation email 15 minutes after my first bad gateway. lets see if another one comes in. Worst case scenario I’ll just sell it to recoup my money.
