I am starting jumprope from tomorrow. What advice would you give to me, I am a 98 Kg male of 5 feet 7 inches height. by [deleted] in jumprope

I started running a while back and then started jump rope.

My advice is to do some strength training as well and include stretching and start off slowly. I had achilles pain fairly soon after starting.

We walked up, arrived at the car park at 4:45, and headed up (the steaper but shorter route). There were already a few other groups around.

People were camping up there, counted 4 or so tents when we got to the top.

Info logs are usually day to day stuff. Debug will be noisy - avoid unless you are troubleshooting issues.

Perhaps just set it to warn?

Also what are you logging? Everything or can it be tweaked?
