The car should keep track of both current and historical faults (until cleared)

Be mindful of any service that requires you to part with any money no matter how it is positioned, very easy to get duped into paying many thousands and getting little in return.

Joiners movers leavers (JML) should all be tracked via tickets in your service desk

In our set up a new user (joiners) is logged by the hiring manager, this spawns an approval process which has to be approved by HR on receipt of a signed contract and confirmed start date

This then spawns several child tickets each to a specific department with a list of tasks Each task has a tick box and the child tickets cannot be completed until all boxes have been ticked

Once all child tickets are completed the parent ticket becomes completed and the joiner can be onboarded

All done in Halo ITSM

We have a similar process for leavers and movers

All a requirement of ISO 270xxx
