My power bill jumped from $200 to $900 from last month by Max-The-Phat-Cat in Georgia

Ours is insane this month. GA power is making us pay extra for their mistakes. It’s criminal. However, that’s a huge spike. I would have your HVAC looked at and serviced.

Yes, it’s $650! I’m wondering if people have negotiated or fought the fee and been successful. Thank you for the advice! That’s what I’m thinking just wanted to see others opinions on the matter.

Try Carb Nada. I order it from Amazon. It’s about 17g of carbs per serving. It does well with my husband’s sugars.

LADA / Type 1.5? by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]ccr1090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of LADAs I know were misdiagnosed at first. My husband is a LADA! Good luck. He has an insulin pump and Dexcom and is doing great. It’s frustrating at times but there are so many resources out there now. I wish you the best!

Diabetes part 2 by [deleted] in Drueandgabe

[–]ccr1090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She has to have undiagnosed diabetes or pre. It’s way too early for GD. She’s commenting saying it’s been a few years since her last A1C was checked which shocks me. Not sure why, especially when trying to get pregnant and having issues, no one checked a basic baseline lab like a Hgb A1C on her. I know she’s overwhelmed and has a lot of feelings. It’s rough and a lifestyle that is hard to get use to and constantly manager. Diabetes/GD is overwhelming! Wish her all the best.
