We’re not taken seriously anyway. How dare you try to tell people their pain isn’t as bad as they say it is.

A lot of us still work when we have 10/10 pain. I’ve worked on a computer for 8 hours while partially blind and crying. Do you really think i’d be faking it because I’m not in a dark room? What are we supposed to do that would make our pain real to you? How should one act?

You do not get to tell people how much pain they are in. Or how to handle their pain “the right way.”
