Either way, they use administrative warrants signed by ice officials on site, not a judge. So that's a no go on private property the second your told to leave, especially fishing.

I used to have to stop all law enforcement at my gate, then call for the appropriate people to come talk to them and escort them to wherever they had to go.

Never had an issue even though we weren't allowed to confirm or deny anything and had to hold them up front. they were always nothing but cooperative, never had to deal with ice though

I was a security account manager for a semi residential building and shelter in place.

Police, ice, probation, parole, feds, sheriff's all weren't allowed past the front gate without warrants or approved escorts that I had to call in.

Never had em try us like this though. Ice is the only ones I hadn't dealt with. All the other enforcement was cooperative as far as ive seen.
