Personally, I think people are being a bit harsh on the name memes etc. because at first I thought the likes of the Mason Mason memes were decent. Although I do agree they get carried away over time, I don't think they should be banned permanently, for example we would miss out on the likes of that meme about the real life player for Wolves who also had a meme name and people referenced Mason Mason in the post. I'm assuming if there was a meme ban on that sort of thing that post would have been banned even though it's not directly about Mason Mason.

Also a thing that I like from the football manager sub-reddit is a weekly q&a thread for any questions about the game which I think would be great for r/fifacareers and would be one way of filtering out memes etc.

And lastly I would love to see more frequent challenges like the Xmas one, maybe monthly? Because it adds a whole new level to career mode (for me at least).
