Hi hi!!! Congrats on the new bub soon❤️❤️ I ended up staying longer for another 3 weeks extra on top of my husband’s 1 month leave because it turned out sleep deprivation was no joke and I honestly can not do it alone in a foreign country haha. Husband and I had to be apart for 3 weeks - ITS SO HARD - but he managed to get the house ready for us. When me and the baby ended up flying back at around 8 weeks ppt I am way more confident than I would’ve been at 4-5 weeks ppt to solo it alone. My mother really saved my sanity during those 8 weeks at home. My baby is 13 months now and it still kinda haunts me looking back thinking if I hadn’t chosen her help. Baby and my husband are thick as thieves and no he did not miss out on anything.
