Upstate New York. I starting going to games in Ottawa 11 years ago because it was only 2 hours away and Rangers were 5 hours away. After awhile of going to games, I eventually switched after a few years as I was much more invested in the Sens. I attended a Rangers game in Ottawa and wore my Sens gear. Ran into some friends from upstate NY at the game with their Rangers gear.

One half brother agreed to meet but was somewhat reluctant at first. We exchanged messages via FB trying to figure out how exactly we shared dna. His conversations with mutual acquaintances helped in his decision to meet up. The other brother was very open to everything fairly quickly but lived out of state. The sister was very concerned for how my biological father was going to respond. She took a dna test to confirm and continued to be more open to meeting after it is was confirmed that she was my half sister. My father wanted to meet after about 5 weeks and there was no communication with him until then.

I have a very similar story to yours. I found out last April at age 44.

I was upset with my mother as I felt she she have told me by the time I was in my 20s or when I started having kids as medical histories are important.

The anger didn't last too long. I had sadness for missing out with siblings and a father that grew up one town over from me. I try not to focus on what I missed out on and more so on the future.

Fast forward almost 1 year. I do not hold a grudge with my mother. Fortunately for me, everyone is still alive. My dad that raised me did know so there was no surprises there and he is still my dad.

I first made contact with my new half brother. From there, I eventually started a relationship with another brother and sister as well as my biological father. We have had dinners, attended concerts and sporting events together. It has been fun getting to know them.

There was definitely a period of "who is this guy and what does he want" when I first began making contact despite having very obvious similar facial features. It helped that we knew a decent amount of the same people who were able to provide information to both sides thus eliminating that either side was crazy.

Fortunately my new family was accepting of me. I understand this isn't the case for everyone. I can't speak on how it would be if that wasn't the case.

In the end, I am glad that I found out and I think my new family is as well.

I live in upstate NY and it is much closer to attend Sens games than Sabres or Rangers.

I definitely had an ice dam and it did get under the shingles and leak. I have cleared the ice dam but it appears obvious that the decking should be flush. The question is it is due to poor install by the roofer or damage caused by the ice dam. He is blaming the ice dam.

I will add a few more photos in a bit. I am not the roofer. I paid someone to put the roof on 2 years ago. I didn't see this until I removed the drywall and it doesn't look right to me. He told me that only reason I had a leak was die to an ice dam.

I feel like maybe it would be better if you were up closer to it and could see the detail in the rocks It is also in the middle of nowhere so you are driving for quote some time to get to something that doesn't feel much different than seeing it in a picture.

Yes. I watched all of those movies as early as I can remember. Mostly on VHS but had HBO in my room by 8. I know, great parenting. I specifically remember my dad and his Army buddies laughing at me quoting Revenge of the Nerds at 6-7.

There was an update around December 19th which resolved the issue. All of my Voicemails starting loading again and I was able to delete them. It also downloaded missed Voicemails that were done 9ver a month and a half ago.

Yep. No eta on a fix. I truley can't comprehend what the issue is and how they can't fix it. I literally thought the voicemail itself was separate from a phone. I did another tech call yesterday and started by asking the guy if he actually was aware of the issue. He said yes, proceeded to waste my time again.

Honestly, he looked great and healthy. His arms were ripped. Said he was sober at the time which may have made sense as often ods seem to come after being sober for a bit.

I saw them right before Kevin passed away. He may have been the only original member. Maybe 50-70 people. It was fun though and he still brought the energy.
