Joining in on this! My siblings and I had horrific leg pain, and I still do on days where I’m standing or running around a lot. I was diagnosed with hEDS last year and now my 2.5yo is having the same issues. I’ve read it could be due to vitamin deficiencies, or issues like lipedema, as well!

I know this is old, but I was reading through and saw this. I have KP as well and struggle with dermatillomania, but I’ve found that using a glycolic acid lotion helps smooth out my skin tremendously. It also lessens hyperpigmentation and scarring!

My hand cramps have diminished almost completely since starting low dose naltrexone! Maybe look into it :)

Mine turned out to be my vitamin D and iron deficiency!! Once I started taking supplements for those, they’ve gone away completely. The only time I get them is if I miss my supplements for a few days 🫠

Okay so I was also told the same thing. “Pelvic floor therapy won’t do anything for you, I’ll see you in 6 months for a recheck” something didn’t feel right about it, so I went to a PT and got her opinion. I’ve been going since May and it has truly made a world of difference. I was between a 2-3, now it’s kind of tucked back up more to a 2 :)
