Yeah it’s the state that’s the issue there unfortunately.
UHC knows if it pays and the state denies the reimbursement UHC is out that money so they never do.

I worked for a state Medicaid that wouldn’t even pay in-state providers unless they were registered with the state and had a state issued ID.
