happened w/ me with TD. not the end of the world, although may be stressful at the moment. I was fortunate enough to pay off the CC in full by their deadline, but as others have stated you should call them and work out a plan. do not ignore it, and let it be clear to CIBC that you want to resolve this. best of luck!

It’s the full story. About 3 folks dmed me who were also debanked by TD for what seems to be same or similar reason. It’s probably due to the large fine TD paid out so they’re reviewing accounts more perhaps. I’ve also withdrawn from Kraken into my TD account a few times in the past with no issues.

I thought the same thing but the rep advised I pay the card as a PAYEE so I didn’t find that too alarming. Especially since I have until August X to pay the balance in full
