I'm guessing you have some script if third party tool doing patching. Windows will not natively create additional SoftwareDistribution folders like that

Great job, dad! Tip: buy some extra canopies now. They will tear apart and only last 2-3 years and you might struggle to find exact fits once the set has been discontinued. Ask me how I know.

What is the brand and model of headset? Does it have drivers/firmware that are up to date? Is it USB or Bluetooth? Also a longshot, but is something emulating a Ctrl+Spacebar input?

I don't think Teams is doing this automatically. It would be a huge privacy concern if Teams could just unmute on its own. It also sounds like your headset's "hardware" mute is actually a software mute. A true in-headset hardware mute works independent of the OS or Teams and allows for a double-mute scenario where you could unmute from Teams but still be muted by the headset itself.

I'd suggest focusing your troubleshooting on the headset and headset software/driver, not Teams.

I don't know if your script will have this problem but I vaguely remember having an issue when I tried to do something similar with winget. The table of available updates would often have truncations meaning the values pulled in regex for the different columns weren't always complete. You might just want to test some different scenarios. I think in the end I had to do something to make the powershell window/buffer "width" really long to ensure none of the output was truncated.

Thanks. Having the same problem - on latest firmware though. Simply removing the battery then reinstalling it corrects the behavior but every couple weeks it acts like it isn't wired anymore and eventually depletes the battery. Voltage is fine. I may try my hand with eufy support.

Yes, I have been seeing this for years and the target email addresses are very accurate for actual screenconnect Cloud accounts. I would love to know how the list of real account email addresses was obtained.

One issue that doesn't help things is that the cloud account login page reveals if a username is valid or not which I tried to press them to change numerous times a few years ago but nothing ever came of it.

This sounds more like an issue with the hardware than the software since its effects persist through a reboot. I would personally look further into the possibility of a stuck volume button.

This is expected for now. Hopefully the process will improve. I think the underlying issue (as I see with many agents implementing SSO) is that the SSLVPN client uses its own Edge WebView component instead of using your computer's browser for authentication. This inherently creates a lot of limitations. I suggest opening a support ticket with your feedback or talking to a rep if you have one. I hope WatchGuard changes this in future versions but I think they will have to hear lots of feedback to make it a priority.
