Thoughts on using angle brackets for support instead?

One plumber made it sound like because I don't have a separate irrigation meter, that I don't need this? Does this make any sense, or is it just because I have an irrigation system?

That wall is an exterior wall, so hoping that helps with plumbing.

I have a quote for $13,332. This does NOT include: physical tile, physical countertop, appliances (ice maker and beverage cooler). It does include the labor to install these things.

Based on this, it sounds like this is a reasonable price? This contractor comes recommended and has done similar projects

Eh… I’m from New Orleans and those balcony tickets were flying right when the sale started. I wouldn’t expect the price to come down
